Le-ina's Sorrow

Le-ina is beautiful beyond compare, and dangerous. So dangerous that even the other goblins are afraid to approach her. Yet even the gift of prophecy is not enough to protect her from the sorrow that love will bring.

She knows that the man she loves is no match for a goblin, that he cannot live to share her love through the long lifetime of a goblin so ancient that even the other goblins do not know how many ages she has lived beneath the land and the sea. She can prepare herself for this loss, but nothing can prepare her for the sorrow of the child she can never nurture.
